Freedom partnered with Sureste Partners to acquire a 100-unit multifamily property  located in Columbia, SC.

The property’s unit mix consists of 24 1-bedroom, 52 2-bedroom, and 24 3-bedroom units. The Property resides on 6.5 acres, with ample green space and amenities for tenants to enjoy.  

With average unit sizes of 1,262 square feet and a strong school district, Beldon Spring Apartments is a desirable community for families.  Property acquisition has a total equity requirement of $3M. The Sponsor projects a net 20.42% IRR and a 2.12x equity multiple to the Limited Partner.
